    Where does this perception that teams make it through entire seasons without injuries at key positions come from? It’s football. Everyone is hurt. Even Russ had a jacked shoulder during the 2013-14 season.

    They really have nothing to do with each other at all. Bringing up Jennings is just a easy way to get fans riled up. Compare him to Tharold Simon. It’s a better comp.

    Completely false. And, again, McDowell is not analogous with any athlete outside of Jason Williams.

    It was widely reported after the draft that he had a titanium rod surgically implanted in his leg last January. And a reminder, it was very much in doubt there was going to be a 2020 season during the draft. Long recovery times were an acceptable risk.

    Semantics, but Bobby was always the Mike in the base D. What happened early in 2012 was KJ had the play calling duties so he was left on the field doing sort of a hybrid Mike role. Bobby took over play calling duties around Week 5 and that’s when you would see him pretty exclusively at Mike.
