Chip in a chair, wing and a prayer.
Odds are heavily stacked against us but anything can happen and there is no team in the NFL I would rather be rooting for in this match up outside of being a Hawks fan.
Well.... in that case.
Who has Seattle beaten outside of Green Bay in week 1 and Denver in week 3? A Philly team led by butt fumble?
SD, KC, and the Rams are all teams that are far from being great and the Hawks lost to all three. Granted these were away games but it doesn't matter. A loss...
How do I know this years Packers is a better team than their most recent SB team?
1. Rodgers is better now than he was then.
2. There is a good stable of backs. Lacy, Harris, and Starks in that order.
3. The front seven as a unit is much better.
4. Cobb is better than Jennings was.
Look...
Th Green Bay is more than capable of pulling out a win, Hawks fans should be a tad bit concerned. The Packer's should not be taken lightly; especially with this being the best Packer team in quite some time. Top to bottom this team is better than the most recent SB year.
LOL! Did you watch the game? Oakland sat almost every single starter. I think they said 18/22 sat. And at least one was Khalil Mack who plays D. Name one Oakland starter who played O? It was Oaklands 2nd and 3rd string O against the Seattle 1st team D for at least two drives, then some...
Let's be honest. It's absolutely impossible to beat the Seahawks so why even theorize on how.
Looking back at the decade no SB winner that hasn't been caught cheating has ever failed to repeat. Why are writers writing and players even playing this year.
No.
1. You don't get "gassed" returning punts as one poster put it for the reason the Lions don't use Tate as a PR.
2. PRs take hits from awkward angles, you don't use the best FS in the game as a PR! It's not worth the extra 3 yard AVG.
