    Lions release Reggie Bush

$2M, low guaranteed money....if we need him in June.

A heartfelt letter from Steeler Nation

Polite trolling if I ever saw it. If legitimate, much thanks. I've always raised a slight eyebrow to the conspiracy theorists for XL; but it was what it was, and Leavy even admitted it. Anyways, regardless of what happens in SB ExLiX I can't wait to beat down Steeler Nation when they come to...

    Fitz leaving Cards?

Maybe how Arians is using him. I think his QBs are better than 2010 and 2011 with Kolb, Skelton and Anderson, so the current QBs are less of an issue than play calling apparently. Play calling that will not differ much in Seattle.

    Fitz leaving Cards?

The overwhelming statistical evidence would suggest he has not been a top 5 WR since 2011 when the likes of Kolb and Skelton were throwing him the rock. It's not like Palmer and company are much different, but Fitz is only averaging 55 yards/game the last three years. Not top 5 anymore. Top 5...

    Team That Scares Me Most

Scared? No. Team I think has the best, albeit minimal, chance to win in Seattle? Arizona. I know, I know, we swept them this year and they have issues at QB. Still, I worry about the chances of beating the same team three times in a year. Twice is hard enough and AZ was able to win in...

    Fitz leaving Cards?

Fitz is an icon, and Madden Legend. But I don't like investing in a name who is on his way down ability wise. He's almost guaranteed to be overpaid when compared to 2015 production. Harvin was an exception, as he was still in the middle of his prime. Fitz and Andre will both be a year older...

    Spotrac on Wilson's new contract

Comparing Kaeperdouche's contract to the one Russell will get is preposterous. Look at the Manning, Brees, Rodgers contracts....there ya go. RE Wags: The Hawks just locked up two of his friends, who will hopefully recruit Bobby to settle. Way things go in this business. Just my quick reply

Poll: Marcus Mariota Sweepstakes, who will draft him?

The Eagles have Nick Foles too. Depending on how the trading partner values Foles, he could be a big piece of compensation. I know I'm no expert, but if I were Chip, I'd offer Foles and two firsts. Probably need more, but I'd be slightly shocked if Philly didn't do everything they could to...

Seahawks could renegotiate with Lynch without losing face

The following suggestion is likely too simple to actually be feasible, but: Since the Hawks have committed to a certain level of guaranteed money, can they roll more guaranteed money slated for 15 into 14? Wouldn't this reduce any cap hit next year, essentially making Lynch a free agent in...

Hawks have 5 players on the top 100.

Two of the four have only been on the team one year, and linebackers who don't get sacks are a tough get on such a superficial contest that is the "Top 100". Percy Harvin probably more likely for two reverses and a KO return in the super bowl. JMHO

Pick #45, 2nd Round: WR Paul Richardson, Colorado

If we can get Brandon Coleman later too, we'll potentially still be set at WR for 4 years.

    NFC West Draft arms race

Describing the Rams' picks as "pedestrian" was not criticizing their picks, especially after researching Donald a little more. It was merely a lack of "wow" factor, other than the fact they were the #2 and #13 pick overall; of course they are good prospects. Pedestrian: "lacking inspiration or...

    NFC West Draft arms race

AZ jumps ahead of the game, successfully adding a 3rd round pick. STL was rather pedestrian in their two first round picks, especially the bland DT selection. Yet to be determined, Santa Clara and Seattle.

Seahawks trying to trade out of round1

Trying to stay positive here, but I'd bet teams try to move in front on CLE shortly. If not, NE or Santa Clara will trade out first, leaving limited number of trading partners left. :49ersmall:

[RUMOR] Guy on Reddit says Sherman is celebrating extension

Sherman's current salary $1.389, wants to be highest paid CB, Revis has 1 year $12M. Signing bonus of 11M part of total guaranteed $25M. 3 year extension, 50M total. This way he'll add 11M on top of the pre existing 2014 salary, putting him over $12M and over Revis. After 2014, there will...
