    Trade with Denver

Good trade for the Hawks. More darts at the dart board.

There is no reason Geno Can not be good

Geno was horrendous for the Jets and is still horrendous. How is this a shock to anyone? He looks completely lost out there.

    30-16, get outscored by 17

Good point, definitely factors in. This defense still looks terrible and is the bigger factor here.

    30-16, get outscored by 17

100+ yards in penalties due to being undisciplined, subpar DB play, very little push from DL, and terrible D play in general. Putting up 30 should be a win in the NFL.

Russell Wilson to stay in Seattle per Jarrett Payton!

Has there been any formal analysis as to why Wilson takes the hits and sacks that he does? It is hard to judge without seeing the all-22, but my opinion has been that generally he holds onto the ball too long. Furthermore, my feeling was that it was due to long developing “home run” plays and...

    Jamarco Jones

Why not Jones at RG and Fluker at RT? Wasn’t Fluker a decent RT with the Chargers?

    Ad's on .Net

I’ve lurked a long, long time here and the forum before it moved here. I really don’t post very much, but always come here first for any breaking Seahawks news and updates. What if you rounded up 24 diehards on this site and set up a $10/mo recurring billing cycle to keep it afloat. I’d...

Rapaport: SEA likely to extend Earl, Sherm not goin anywhere

The commentary on Sherm and Earl could have been strategically floated by the front office to bolster potential trade value, particularly Earl since he is healthy. No disrespect to Sherm, simply that he is coming off a significant injury.

Starters not on the team next year predictions:

Starters who will not return to the Seahawks next season: Avril, Bennett, Graham, Maxwell, Walsh, Joekel, Iefedi, Lacey

Davis Hsu is suggesting Pete might trade Wilson

There is a zero percent chance of a franchise QB signed to a reasonably team friendly deal in his prime being traded. Coach and OC would change before RW goes anywhere. NFL is a business first and foremost. RW is a marketers dream and generates tons of interest in the team which further drives...

    Nick Vannet

For the money, I'd rather re-up Sheldon R., P-Rich, and Luke Willson over the expense of Jimmy G. That is not a slight towards Jimmy who is an elite pass catching TE, just an age and expense thing. Roll into next season with Luke and Nick at TE and really, Sheldon is the key signing for next...

52 yarders for nfl kickers should he automatic

What I find interesting is that I thought JS let Haush walk last year due to the misses potentially being "in his head" and not paying that kind of coin to a position that is heavily a mental game, only to go out and sign a strong legged kicker who has the "yips".

Ifedi is plain terrible (Pocic should be RT)

I'd like to see Pocic at RT and Roos at RG. I thought Roos looked good in the preseason though I think that was at LG. Succinctly, would be interested to see a new right side of the line.

52 yarders for nfl kickers should he automatic

Walsh has plenty of leg strength, in fact, I recall him being considered one of the strongest leg kickers out there. On the kick last night, he very clearly let up, presumably sacrificing some power for more control and accuracy. Go ahead and replay it, he looked to take a 3/4 power swing versus...

Report: Hawks have inquired about LT Duane Brown

It's Odhi-OH-NO! Before you can finish his name your QB is getting hit.

    It's simple, Bevell must go!!

While the O-line is rather offensive, it is Bevell's job to utilize the resources presently available to him in constructing a functional game plan. He seems to gravitate towards a long developing, deep shot offense, which I think is great - however it doesn't appear to be a wise choice given...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (Colts @ Seahawks)

For as long as I've followed and been old enough to understand the game of football - 35 years - I've been a Seahawks fan. Spending the majority of my life on the east coast, I've seen a number of Seahawks games live, but always as a visiting fan - Philly, NY, DC, Cleveland, etc. My super...

    Schneider's curious decision

It'd seem, in hindsight, that the rationale was to field a serviceable line, and take an impact player for the defense. The biggest failing the last 2-3 years has been interior pass rush. You can have the LOB in their prime, however, they cannot cover forever against the average NFL caliber QB...

    Doug went after Bobby

Does anyone have the video to post that is referenced by the OP?

A bit of good & a whole lot of bad...

This response for the win. My opinion, is that the defense "quit" in the second half as a big "F... U" to having to try and carry the team every game. I'll need to sit and rewatch the game, however, there were clearly multiple times on the long plays where ET, Wags, etc just went into "jog"...
