We tend to focus on the biggest impact players no matter the position. Overall, we pay talent, and that is what I see us continuing to do.
Order of impact:
Earl Thomas
Duane Brown
Sheldon Richardson (FA)
Jimmy Graham (FA)
Bradley McDougal (FA)
Tyler Lockett
Paul Richardson (FA)
Luke Jockel...
I just don't think Joeckel is quick enough to play LT in this league. Best bet is he'll either be a G or RT and I'm betting on LG next to Fant and Britt.
Fant, Joeckel, Britt, Glow, Ifedi or Fant, Glow, Britt, Ifedi, Joeckel
My guess is that once he feels the benefit of having an extra athlete on the field no longer makes up for snapping mistakes is when he'll try and get Gresham back.
I had to look this up because I've honestly believed that Lockett is destined to become the next Antonio Brown. His potential seemed obvious to me but if he really is going to be on the list he would be seen by his peers as a top 30 player after just his rookie year!
The quote from the NFL.com...
1. Under your hypothetical scenario, for the "overwhelming majority" of people to find Football "immoral and obscene" the game would have to change drastically because in this country the "overwhelming majority" would consist of many fans due to it's popularity. For us fans to turn against...
Treesquirrel, I just wanted to say welcome to .NET and bringing up a good topic to discuss. I too have thoughts like this as I consider myself a very logical thinker. For my fandom, I choose to ignore them even though deep down I know it doesn't really make any logical sense to only care about...
Word for word, I couldn't have said it better myself. Great post!
There are so many positive's with this team that it's hard to believe people could possibly give up on it so fast because of so little. One way I put it into perspective is, "If Kam is injured and out for the season does that...
I don't think you'll have to worry about that all too much longer. Lockett is probably going to be Wilson's top target eventually this season (health permitting). He's just too good at getting separation for Wilson to ignore for long. Last season Richardson was starting to get more looks...
Your WR depth is criminal. How the hell did you get Adams, Robinson and Agholor on top of Dez and TY?
Other than that this looks kind of similar to my 12 team draft picking 2nd. I also got Tannehill, Forsett, Eifert and Abdullah. I thought it was impossible to get Forsett picking 2nd but he...
QB: looks solid. I have Eli and Tannehill and I'm just gonna play best matchups.
RB: Looks like your RB2 is iffy but some decent breakout prospects in case Morris craps out which I always assume will happen.
WR: is great. I bearly missed out on Coleman and his huge sleeper potential.
TE: I...
Yeah that's what I would do, especially because it's a PPR league.
I have a similar problem with Mike Evans and whether to play Steve Johnson instead. I'm starting Wheaton over Johnson already but wonder if I should risk Evans not playing because it's looking like he's going to be a game time...
What worries me the most about this whole thing is why Kam is being so desperate to do this so early in his contract. I get trying to get paid what your worth, but it's clear that he has very little leverage here unless the Seahawks start losing regular season games without him. If he does go...
