The defense played extremely well, especially considering the holes the offense was digging for them. I hope we can get everything sorted, I believe we play again next year. I would like to be able to come back here after the game with a different feeling, lol.
I wish I could say this was a good game, but I really can't. You guys definitely showed up. My offense is complete crap, though the defense has played well all things considered.
My hat's off to you.
Not this year he hasn't been. Tuck has been our best pass rusher this season. Even before the past few games when he's actually been registering sacks, he's been getting more consistent pressure than any of our other DEs.
The only problem with that is that when we've had "opportunities" we haven't been able to capitalize on them. Cruz is the only receiving weapon we've had this year that's been consistent, and even he disappears sometimes. He's not the most physical guy, so he has some issues with press, and...
The one thing the Giants have been good at this season is shutting down good RBs. I believe we've faced 8 (will be 9 after this weekend) of the top 10 RBs, and have only allowed 1 or 2 to go over 100 yards. I just hope the team doesn't mail it in now that we've been eliminated.
Well, considering we've been eliminated from playoff contention, I can't say that I'm surprised there's no build up. The next three games will just decide if we have a top 12 pick or the 18th pick. Not much really to talk about.
Indeed. My squad isn't all that good this year, so I can't talk too much this season (unlike in seasons past when we've played).
All I can hope for is a competitive game. And as always, injury free on both sides.
But, I forgot, we have a secret weapon this season... Allen Bradford!
It's...
Giants fans do like poking at Eagles fans that they have never won a Super Bowl and that their last Championship was in 1949.
We also like mentioning to them that since the ending of the Pittsburgh-Philly Steagles merger during the '43 season, the Eagles haven't done too much, while Pittsburgh...
I have nothing bad to say about Hawk fans, either. The random couple I know in real life aren't bad, and you lot here seem good. Most of you have at least a reasonable football IQ, lol.
I must say, though, Niner fans are the biggest scumbags I've come across on the internet. And I'm not even...
Friendly Giants fan here.
My prediction, saying weather isn't a complete crapstorm, is Seattle 37, NY 17. Lynch, however, doesn't eclipse 100 yards if the defense doesn't completely mail it in.
Unfortunately, I don't have much faith in my squad this year, not that they've earned it yet.
Fair warning: Do not go to the official boards if you want to have a talk with knowledgeable fans. That place has become a complete and total disgrace this season. All the bandwagon panty-waists that haven't known a losing season since 2004 are losing their heads. Not to mention all the trolls...
I don't think it'll matter, either way. Weeks 7-13 Eli hasn't been much more than a game manager.
For full disclosure, I'm a Giants fan and big Eli supporter, but he hasn't played very well this season. A lot of it is the rest of the offense hasn't played well, and a lot of it is he just...
I think the zone read defense will get figured out soon enough. Granted, RGIII is an unbelievable athlete, but his durability is going to be a concern, much like a Mike Vick.
My main faith is the fact that the Redskins are the Redskins, lol.
