Can we win in New Orleans?

Yes. Just that you missed out on the half a billion dollar renovation project on the Superdome 2018 through the present and continuing until completed prior to the 2024 season just in time for the 2025 Super Bowl, the 12th hosted in New Orleans! Far from a dump.

Can we win in New Orleans?

When were you in our "dump of a dome" last?

Always enjoy visiting. Sitting in the Loge Club in the Dome right now. Y’all are in trouble. We have a near perfect record when I eat alligator out here before a game. Had gator omelette and bottomless Bloody Mary before walking here to the Dome. Flip your score and I’ll take that as my...

Looks like the Saints are going with Dalton again

He's playing. Just "questionable" because "probable" no longer exists as a status.

Looks like the Saints are going with Dalton again

He's the backup because Winston was coming off a severe knee injury and the Saints wanted a starter quality backup just in case and paid him as such.

    Seahawks vs Saints

The Saints almost exclusively play two LB sets and the other LB, Pete Werner, is leading the entire NFL in tackles and has been great in coverage. Just saying.

Looks like the Saints are going with Dalton again

Andy Dalton looked much better than Winston has thus far. MUCH better at moving through his progressions. He's actually faster than Winston. To be honest, Winston is in danger of losing his starting gig.

People ask what will Geno do against a GOOD D?? Like Saints! LOL

Something to consider when looking at pressures thus far for the Saints defense is the opposition. Game one against the Falcons the Saints went straight QB contain on Mariota. QB pressure wasn't even a part of their game plan. In week two they faced Tampa Bay with Tom Brady. Brady continues...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (@ Saints)

Not sure where you are seeing your stats. The Saints have allowed the 10th fewest total yards while the Seahawks have allowed the 2nd most in the entire league, as well as the 2nd most points allowed in the NFL thus far. Just saying.

Can we win in New Orleans?

Saints and Falcons are the bitterest of rivals, but there's seldom any issues between the fans at any of the games I have been to.

Can we win in New Orleans?

I can honestly say that you have not experienced the vast majority of Saints fans in that case. Every fanbase has jerks. The worst you'll hear from most Saints fans would be good-natured trash talking followed by "here's to nobody getting hurt this week!"

Can we win in New Orleans?

Almost every visiting fan I have talked to comments on how friendly the Saints fans have been to them on the streets and in the Dome. Your average fan is more likely to buy a visiting fan a beer than get in their face. I can't speak for supposed Saints fans visiting your stadium. Just because...

Can we win in New Orleans?

I've lived in Louisiana for over 45 of my 65 years and can tell you that there's no more bellyaching here than anywhere else in the country, including right here on the .NET. :)

Can we win in New Orleans?

Yup. There's plenty of tin foil to go around in every fanbase.

Can we win in New Orleans?

Yes, and yes, yes, maybe. ;) You may even see him throw a pass or two. He's come in behind the center about ten times so far and every down was a run. I'm expecting a shot down the field on one of those soon. Most of his snaps will come at TE, however. He's a really good blocker, too.

Can we win in New Orleans?

Needing to learn this new interface since my last visit. But, yes, in our first three games Winston was blitzed at the highest percentage in the league at 38% of the plays. Having a softer zone would be a welcome sight. Although, due to injuries on my legacy fantasy league I am forced to have...

Can we win in New Orleans?

If it's a day game we spend the night before. If it's a night game we spend the night of the game. We always get to eat some great New Orleans food every trip, however.

Can we win in New Orleans?

Absolutely. Our two franchises have a ton in common. That's why I've always identified with your fanbase. Edit: and ditto on the injury part. We've had enough for a decade these last two seasons.

Can we win in New Orleans?

I doubt that, but after three of first four games on the road and the first three against divisional rivals with very solid defenses it'll be nice to face someone else in the Dome.
