    Did you figure it out?
    I am a computer dumb ass, but I figured out that I could rt click on the pic, choose the option to open with paint, click on resize and enter the max pixels then save the pick as whatever.
    Once you have done that just pick the resized photo from your control panel on .Net
    It worked for me. Trust me, if I could get it done, so can you.
