How does the NET admins email work?

I tried to go to the [email protected] site to see if I can have permission post a link from a news site in one of my planned threads for the PWR sections, but for some reason my computer can't show the admins email site, it only shows a blank page named "untitled" and I am unable to contact the mods, is there a way I can still contact the admins and be able to post links from some news sites?

I don't know the rules very much as a new comer so it would be nice to know some of the rules regarding contacting the people in charge of this forum and what sites can you link.

I would like a reply and an answer to this situation please.

[email protected] is an email address, you don't point your browser to that URL. It's not a "site" that you go to.

Sending a PM to the Global Moderators group works as well.
