WR-Justin Watson, Penn. (FCS) is a big Ivy-League SLEEPER

  • This tall, long strider has good hands and high-points the ball well. His production, even if it is against lesser competition, seems to show a big fish, in a small pond result. Perhaps the Seahawks may look at him with a 7-th round pick?

    WR-Justin Watson, Penn. (FCS), 6-025/213, 4.59/40 +/-
    Currently #451-overall @nfldraftscout.com

    3/20/18: Edited to add:
    WR-Justin Watson, Penn pro-day; Drawing a lot of interest.
    6-3/215, 20-reps, 40"-Vert, 10'-broad & --------->a nice, 4.44/40, (That # seals it for me, Rd-7 pick = very justified.)
    :smilingalien:

    3/28/2018 EDIT: Penn LB's Coach @CoachDupont; Mar 10 2018; This guy is nails & by far the grittiest player I’ve ever had the opportunity to coach! Watson has visit scheduled with the Steelers, who seem high on him and need a WR in the draft. The Seahawks need a WR as a late round pick & Watson fits their WR height/weight/speed/production needs well.

    4/03/18 EDIT:

    20/reps = tied, #4, -- vs: All Combine WR participants.
    40"-verticle = tied, #1 (with WR-Chark), -- vs: All Combine WR participants.
    7.09/3-cone = 20 of 45 WR's scored better times, maybe he slipped or something, but still about average.
