Definitely a WR instead of a TE for me... but certainly an interesting prospect.

6,5+ 225lb former basketballer with speed to burn? I'd have thought he'll certainly be on Pete and John's radar. I'll be tuning into the Virginia Tech game this week to see a bit more.

It'd be cool to see what he could do with a decent QB and passing offense. Boone locks on to Crowder 75% of the time, despite the fact that Blakeney appears to get a decent amount of separation fairly regularly. I think he could put up decent numbers in a better offense (the Duke offensive line was offensive today, just horrible).

That said he had a couple of 'drops' in traffic. They were tough catches but he juggled one before dropping it on a crossing route that would have been a long TD.

Ultimately he looks incredibly raw, he didn't receive a lot of attention today and I need to see more, doesn't look anything more than a day three pick at this stage.
