Did another run at First-Pick.com. They didn't seem to like my 7th rd pick of Marcus Murphy too much. NE proposed a trade in the first round for the #31 pick. For that they gave #32 pick, their 2nd round pick, and their 3rd round pick. They really wanted Devin Smith, WR. Here are the my picks for Seahawks:

Your score is: 4219 (GRADE: B+)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 32 (N.E.): Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma (A-)
Round 2 Pick 31: Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami (Fla.) (B+)
Round 2 Pick 32 (N.E.): Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana (A)
Round 3 Pick 31: Andy Gallik, C, Boston College (A-)
Round 3 Pick 32 (N.E.): Nick O'Leary, TE, Florida State (B+)
Round 4 Pick 31: Ladarius Gunter, CB, Miami (Fla.) (B)
Round 5 Pick 31: Deion Barnes, DE, Penn State (B)
Round 6 Pick 5: Vince Mayle, WR, Washington State (A-)
Round 7 Pick 31: Marcus Murphy, RB, Missouri (E)

Patriots give us their 2nd and 3rd rounders to move up from #32 to #31? Seems legit.

I quite like Gunter, I really like his name. O'Leary is meh, I know we need a TE but beyond Maxx Williams I feel pretty meh about everyone else. Jessie James has some real potential but is graded way to early because of his size.

It would be hilarious if it worked out this way. After round 4 I had no idea who anyone really was but that would be some offensive potential. No way Devin Smith drops to us in 3rd round though.

Your score is: 5089 (GRADE: A-)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 31: Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia (B+)
Round 2 Pick 31: Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State (A)
Round 3 Pick 31: Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State (A)
Round 4 Pick 31: Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame (A)
Round 5 Pick 31: Charles Gaines, CB, Louisville (A)
Round 6 Pick 5: Leterrius Walton, DT, Central Michigan (B)
Round 7 Pick 31: Jarvis Harrison, OG, Texas A&M (C)

Round 1 Pick 31: Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin (A)
Round 3 Pick 3 (JAX): Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn (A)
Round 3 Pick 31: Lynden Trail, DE/TE, Norfolk State (A-)
Round 4 Pick 4 (JAX): Nick Marshall, CB/QB, Auburn (D+)
Round 4 Pick 31: Breshad Perriman, WR, UCF (A-)
Round 5 Pick 31: Xavier Williams, DT, Northern Iowa (B+)
Round 6 Pick 5: Adam Shead, OG, Oklahoma (C+)
Round 7 Pick 31: Jean Sifrin, TE, Massachusetts (C+)

Just for fun, I use these to research some of the suggested later round prospects. I obviously took a riskier route with this one.

The first two were easy for me. After that it got a little weird.

Lynden Trail is a long, lanky former top rated HS recruit as a WR, TE and DE. Played briefly in Florida before transferring to Norfolk State. Not a lot of tape, all of it at OLB, but he's got phenomenal athletic gifts.

Marshall is a college QB transitioning to CB, so he's raw raw raw . . . but tall and smart and smooth as an athlete.

Perriman is one of my favorite mid round prospects. Loved his dad, but Perriman is even better athletically.

The most intriguing one is Sifrin. He's old (27) and pretty raw, but he's a great athlete, former BBall player, and shows the ability to make spectacular catches in the RZ.

I like Marshall. I think he's got a high ceiling and this could be the perfect landing spot for him. He's my favorite late-ish round pick

Here is my attempt.

Traded back until I felt DGB wouldn't be available any more. Grabbed Jalen Collins 2nd cause Rob loves him and Bmax is probably gone. Michael Bennett is a must have because if 1 Michael Bennett is good, 2 Michael Bennett's are unstoppable. After that just grabbed guys I felt had good value.

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 9 (STL): Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma (A)
Round 2 Pick 31: Jalen Collins, CB, LSU (B)
Round 3 Pick 2 (TENN): Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State (A)
Round 3 Pick 8 (STL): Jesse James, TE, Penn State (B+)
Round 3 Pick 31: Za'Darius Smith, DE/OLB, Kentucky (A-)
Round 4 Pick 3 (OAK): Tyler Lockett, WR, Kansas State (C+)
Round 4 Pick 31: Eric Rowe, CB/FS, Utah (D+)
Round 5 Pick 31: Jeff Heuerman, TE, Ohio State (A)
Round 6 Pick 5: Tyrus Thompson, OT, Oklahoma (C-)
Round 7 Pick 31: Josh Robinson, RB, Mississippi St. (A)

I like the picks of Collins, James, Rowe and Thompson. The rest seem safe to me . . . Ruskell picks. Excvept DGB, and I just don't feel good about him.

Another roll. Traded down several times from the first, focusing on realistic scenarios. I like the way the top of draft fell. I think this is a draft where we once again see John and Pete trade back. There is a real cluster between 25 and 45 that we can leverage and still end up with a quality player.

Round 2 Pick 12 (N.O.): Eli Harold, OLB, Virginia (A-)
Round 2 Pick 22 (DET): Maxx Williams, TE, Minnesota (A)
Round 3 Pick 3 (JAX): Jalen Collins, CB, LSU (B+)
Round 3 Pick 7 (CHI): Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami (Fla.) (A)
Round 3 Pick 11 (N.O.): Duke Johnson, RB, Miami (Fla.) (A)
Round 4 Pick 4 (JAX): Breshad Perriman, WR, UCF (C)
Round 4 Pick 7 (CHI): Jarvis Harrison, OG, Texas A&M (E)
Round 4 Pick 31: Rob Havenstein, OT, Wisconsin (A)
Round 5 Pick 31: Ladarius Gunter, CB, Miami (Fla.) (A-)
Round 6 Pick 5: Leterrius Walton, DT, Central Michigan (B)
Round 7 Pick 31: Devante Davis, WR, UNLV (D-)

That would be a pretty great draft. I don't know where they get their ratings from though. I'm totally underwhelmed by Perriman, a guy they have as a 2nd/3rd rounder. That said, having just watched his NC State tape, maybe I'll have to reconsider.

Mayock has Perriman in the 1st round.

I really like Perriman. Big, fast, strong . . . but really raw. All the physical tools but hasn't received the best coaching. I think he can be coached up.

He reminds me a bit of Kelvin Benjamin. I think he will be a better pro than a college player.

Yeh, after watching the ECU tape I was a bit meh, but it's very short and has few plays. On the other hand, the NC State tape is impressive. He gets open a lot and is ignored/underthrown/overthrown.

I can see some Benjamin but I'm getting some Hopkins too.

Sets up his routes well, gets solid separation on short, intermediate and deeper stuff, catches the ball well with his hands. Has some pretty easy speed and looks smooth, seems to fight for every extra yard though the effort on the interception return was questionable. Looks tough though.

Could have been an even bigger game for him.

As i did last year, after Superbowl weekend i have started looking at the draft and players ready for who i would like to see in a Hawks jersey next season as well as picking out a few players that we dont get that will be good players in fantasy terms, Happy to say Beckham Jr and Matthews were good for me last year !

So not done that much research yet but out of the following i had 4 already on my board

1st Rd Pick traded to Jax to get some more picks in as i think we will all agree we will no doubt not be picking on opening night again!
I was gutted however as i was hopefull to get Green-Beckham with my 1st pick but New England beat me to it with the 32nd pick !

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 4 (JAX): Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M (C-)
Round 2 Pick 31: Jamil Douglas, OG, Arizona State (D)
Round 3 Pick 3 (JAX): Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State (A)
Round 3 Pick 31: Nick Marshall, CB/QB, Auburn (D+)
Round 4 Pick 4 (JAX): Shaquille Riddick, DE/OLB, West Virginia (E)
Round 4 Pick 31: MyCole Pruitt, TE, Southern Illinois (C)
Round 5 Pick 3 (JAX): Chucky Hunter, DT, TCU (E)
Round 5 Pick 31: Clayton Geathers, SS, UCF (A)
Round 6 Pick 5: Greg Mancz, C, Toledo (F)
Round 7 Pick 31: Aaron Davis, OLB, Colorado State (D)

Some strange ones in here and a few i need to do more research on but its the first of many for me, Its that time again !!

Round 2 Pick 6 (WASH): Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma (A-)

Then I misclicked on next pick but those 2 first picks I would be happy with. I did give away the 2016 first rounder but frankly if we perform as well as I hope I doubt there would be a talent like DGB could be available in that range anyway.
