The first 15 picks or so seemed to be spot on as far as which players went. I think that pretty much confirms the only about 15-16 first round ranked players sentiment. After that the picks started getting a bit jumbled with the choices. I think that had to do w/ where teams were placing different values on the 2nd round type players they were having to take in the 1st round.

I guess my final summary thought would be "mann, do I love our FO; good choice making the trade for JG rather than having to drop a 1st round pick on a 2nd round ranked player like these other chumps." :thirishdrinkers:

Also of interest was we heard a lot of noise about the teams in the late part of the 1st round wanting to trade back, but none of that happened.

I would theorize that most teams didn't want to pay draft picks for what they could already get in the 2nd round.

yup, if there was a third QB that had borderline 1st grade, someone would have moved up. No one else was worth it.
