When I use that site I generally ignore the trades as they usually are unrealistically beneficial and don't reflect reality. Another issue is getting A+ for a pick usually means it is unrealistic they'd be available in reality...

Your score is: 7574 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 26: Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana (B)
Round 2 Pick 26: Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama (A+)
Round 3 Pick 26: Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn (A+)
Round 4 Pick 26: Yannick Ngakoue, OLB, Maryland (A)
Round 7 Pick 4: Josh Ferguson, RB, Illinois (A)
Round 7 Pick 26: Nelson Spruce, WR, Colorado (A+)

I'm not sold on Jarran Reed. I don't think he applies enough pressure to the backfield. I feel like there are more explosive options available. We're already set on run D in the interior DL, the entire issue this year was that there not enough pressure coming form the middle.

Spriggs really seems like the type of quality player with skills at his position that fit what this team is looking for.

I don't know enough about all of your guys here, but I like your approach, it's not that different than my own. Love how you are OL heavy in the first three rounds. I also favor taking Linemen with the 1st and 3rd picks. I have been gravitating towards the following guys who I feel can play a few of the OL positions:

Germain Ifedi G/T, Texas A&M
Denver Kirkland G/T, Arkansas
Graham Glasgow C/G, Michigan

That 2nd pick is intriguing. Jarran Reed is a good choice if available, and I think so is Jayron Kearse (SS) or Artie Burns (CB). If we re-sign Jeremy Lane and Deshaun Shead I feel fairly good about our secondary with Sherman, Lane, Thomas, Shead and McCray (I think we should move Chancellor to OLB). Throw some other guys into the mix like Tye Smith, Mohammed Seisay and Tharold Simon and I think we at least have enough prospects there.

In the 4th I can totally see why you'd go after an OLB, since we probably won't re-sign Irvin (and, frankly, I don't want us to). For my part, I would rather move Kam Chancellor to OLB in place of Irvin and instead spend that pick on that WR from Oregon, Braylon Addison.

Overall good job. Load up that OL!

Round 1 Pick 26: Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State (A) - Plug and play LT IMO, and one of the top three in the draft. I would love it if he fell to us.
Round 1 Pick 27 (G.B.): Robert Nkemdiche, DT/DE, Ole Miss (A-) - Okay, Fantasy Island stuff. I traded next year's 1st to get this pick, because I think Nkemdiche is generational talent. He's the one interior lineman in this draft that I can guarantee will give us what we've seen from guys like Donald and Short.
Round 2 Pick 26: Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State (A+) - Luxury pick who was just too good to pass up on in the late second.
Round 3 Pick 26: Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame (A+) - Great value for a smart, aggressive center with a ton of experience
Round 4 Pick 1 (CLE): Paul Perkins, RB, UCLA (B+) - A good change of pace back to Rawls and Michael. Replaces Fred Jackson
Round 5 Pick 7 (JAX): Sheldon Day, DT, Notre Dame (A+) - Just a steal for a guy who provides good interior pressure
Round 6 Pick 1 (CLE): Deiondre' Hall, CB, Northern Iowa (A+) - Good length corner. A little thin, but fits our scheme
Round 6 Pick 6 (JAX): Devonte Fields, DE/OLB, Louisville (A-) - I can't imagine we'd roll the dice on another DV case, but maybe its far enough in the past to be forgiven?
Round 7 Pick 2 (CLE): Brandon Shell, OT, South Carolina (D) - The grade machine hates this pick, but I like Shell as a RT/G prospect for us.
Round 7 Pick 4: Anthony Zettel, DE, Penn State (A) - Getting high praise at the Shrine practices. Steal here
Round 7 Pick 26: Javon Hargrave, DT, South Carolina State (A-) - Okay, so maybe 4 big defensive linemen is overkill. Fine, convert one to guard. But not this one. One of my favorite players in the draft.

The thing I don't like about these simulators is that they make it way too easy to trade down. A scenario where Seattle ends up with 10 picks in the first four rounds is fun, but a draft like that would never ever happen. It's difficult (and somewhat luck-based) to trade down at fair value. Every time Seattle trades down I always clap and celebrate because I know that moving down is never a gimme.

Also, i would probably wait until pretty close to the draft to bother with these. Draft rankings are pretty inaccurate this early.

I added picks to mimic our anticipated comp selections, and traded down in the 1st round. I ended up heavy on DL. That just seems to be where there is a l9t of value at this point.

I can't see Rankins and Hargrave falling that far. Looks like fun, but can't be realistic, can it?

I like Listenbee. Only saw parts of his TCU games, but I like what I saw. I think we have enough deep threats though.

This drafting game is fun to play to pass the time, but highly unrealistic. When I have played it had 2nd round prospects selected in the top-5 of the 1st round, which then allowed me to occasionally draft a top-10 prospect at #26.
