NFL draft prospect Travis Feeney out of UW Pro Day after sports hernia surgery

"Feeney, named second-team All-Pac-12 after recording 17.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks in 2015, went to Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia for the surgery. Meyers also performed sports hernia surgery on both Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano in the past six months. "

I like Feeney a lot but, with multiple shoulder surgeries and now hernia surgery I wouldn't draft him before the 6th round. He must still have issues with his shoulders because he did all the NFL combine events except bench press, which puts the shoulder in a vexing position.

He could go undrafted b/c of his injury situation. At best I suspect the earliest he'll e drafted is the 6th Rd.

I'm sure he's already off a few draft boards b/c of this latest surgery and b/c of his injury history, too bad.

At this point I hope he becomes an UDFA and we take a flyer on him. He isnt worth a high pick at this point with the injury history.
