I voted C, but if a pass rushing DT was there in round 1 I'd take him because there will still be a quality C available in round 2 IMO.

This will be the first year where we really feel the lack of quality depth at linebacker. Last year we were thin and beaten too often in the middle of the field. The drop off from Irving to "?" will be a problem if we don't get a quality player this year. I do not trust KPL, teams targeted him with a lot of success last year when he played big minutes.

I voted CB and TE. I realize it's preferred the Hawks upgrade various positions, and I agree. But, I like the idea of having a blocking / well-rounded TE (I think there's a few worth taking in this draft) as well as solidifying opposite Sherman. Lane is excellent, if they're going to use him there. Is he best outside or slot? Not sure if there's a suitable CB to draft. Rashard Robinson or Harlan Miller? I like the guys they have on the roster to compete already.

Offensive tackle. Twice if possible.

And then a center in round 3.

OT. The draft is deep with above average not elite OL.

DT is another need. Again the draft is loaded here.

LB is also a need but this draft is horrbily thin there.

The offensive line was bad, but really I cant choose any position besides Pass rush DT.

This one spot can propel our defense back to the #1 spot...

The Line will get fixed i am not even worried.

I put DT but that is simply because I know the difference Clinton McDonald and a (healthy) Jordan Hill made to our defensive line.

But I can't argue with interior OL, either.

Run stuffing DT. We lost Mebane and we are in a division that runs the ball well.

Todd Gurly 6'1" 231#

David Johnson 6'1" 225#

Carlos Hyde 6'0" 236#

Yeah, but we've got at least two of those on the roster, and they are pretty easy to find in both FA and the draft.

I'd love to have a Wilfork, Ngata, Poe type DT. I still prefer a pass rushing DTs as they can also be disruptive vs the run in a different way. A Michael Bennett way, not that stout but the kind of player that sneaks into the backfield for TFL's in big moments.

I voted pass rush DT but would really be happy with any DT as I want to secure our run D and ensure we don't struggle to push the pocket. We have to get to the QB and cause more turnovers. Our DT rotation is not that scary right not.
