For me these are the dog days of the draft process, so I thought I would build a team of this year's draft prospects. Feel free to build your own team.

Using http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings prospect rankings, you get the following draft picks to build your team...

1 top 5 pick
1 top 10 pick (not in the top 5)
4 1st round picks
6 2nd/3rd rounds
5 mid- round (4th/5th rounds)
4 Late round (6th through UDFA)
&
1 2017 Draft Prospect

Here is a brief description how I'm building my team;
Offense - I'm running a 3 WR set, with 1 RB, and 1 TE. The offensive lineman that I have chosen are all tough, gritty guys, that are good run blockers. My run game will be left handed, just like the days of Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson playing next to each other. I chose a RB that while not an elite athlete, he plays with toughness and gives me yards after contact. I chose two big outside WR's that have speed and a slot WR that has good initial quickness to quickly get open.

Defense - I'm using an aggressive 4-3 defense. All my d-lineman have good initial quickness to get after the QB. My LB's have good length, athleticism, and the OLB's will be used to blitz often. My CB's are tall, long, and physical. My CB's will be playing man-press coverage most of the time. My Safeties are good athletes, but my SS Jatavis Brown will be my "Force Multiplier" on defense. Brown will be playing down in the box and used to blitz often. I plan on using Brown like the Steelers used Troy Polamalu.

Here are my players that I drafted

Top-5 LT Laremy Tunsil 6-5 305 lbs, Ole Miss

My top focus is defense. I start with shutdown corners and an Earl Thomas-esque free safety. My LBers will be flying around like a pack of wild dogs behind first round talent on the interior line.

On Offense I start with a franchise LT and an O-line entirely composed of guys that I like, though they may not be highly rated by others. My QB can make all the needed throws to a group of wideouts that range from small and shifty to large and physical.

Top-5 LB Myles Jack 6-1 245lbs, UCLA
Top-10 CB Vernon Hargreaves III 5-10 204 lbs, Florida
1st DT Sheldon Rankins 6-1 299 lbs, Louisville
1st CB Eli Apple 6-1 199 lbs, Ohio St
1st OT Jack Conklin 6-6 308 lbs, Michigan St
1st DT Jarran Reed 6-3 307 lbs, Alabama
2nd/3rd C Nick Martin 6-4 299 lbs, Notre Dame
2nd/3rd OLB Deion Jones 6-1 222, LSU
2nd/3rd DE Charles Tapper 6-3 271 lbs, Oklahoma
2nd/3rd RB Kenyon Drake 6-1 210 lbs, Alabama
2nd/3rd TE Nick Vannett 6-6 257 lbs, Ohio St
2nd/3rd QB Christian Hackenberg 6-4 223 lbs, Penn St
mid WR Devon Cajuste 6-4 234 lbs, Stanford
mid DE Jihad Ward 6-5 297 lbs, Illinois
mid SS Miles Killebrew 6-2 217 lbs, Southern Utah
mid OG Graham Glasgow 6-6 307 lbs, Michigan

Max Redfield is a bold pick! He wasn't even on my radar as far as top-10 talent in 2017. It looks like you are trying to put together an elite secondary.

I believe Jeremy Clark is going to be a 5th year senior and will not be draftable this year.

Clark size caught my attention this year, but he really looked like he needed more seasoning at CB. With that info, I would replace Clark with another big stocky CB. NC State CB Justin Burris is 6-0 212 lbs and has a lot of experience playing man press coverage. He tested well with a 1.58 10-yard split, 4.53 40-yard, 36.5 inch vert, and 10-2 broad jump. Burris

Can we use Juniors who are 90% likely to declare but current on their 2018 prospects?

OK, but according to your rules you only get one 2017 draftee. You can have Clark or Garrett ;)

And yeah, that is some freakish size for a CB. Very interesting.

Yeah, I'm a big believer in elite secondary's. I've always built my Madden teams that way. In fact a buddy of mine and I were laughing when the Seahawks started using big, physical corners in press coverage. I had my old Madden teams do the same thing. It was really cool to see the Seahawks build a team in roughly the same way I would have.

Alright so the first big thing is being able to use Juniors who will declare lets me pick up Deshaun Watson which means I am going heavy into O.

2017 - Deshaun Watson - Pretty much best QB possible within rules has been a standout since high school and is the likely number one pick other option would be Kayaa but I prefer to have mobility
Top 5 pick – Ramsey - Best Athlete in the draft however he will be playing corner not safety can be thought of more as a DB playmaker
Top 10 – Deforest Bruckner - Rush the Qb get rid of the ball fast easy life
1 – Reggie Ragland - Best ILB
1 – Eli Apple - Second Corner
1- Doctson - WR1 personally my favorite WR in draft
1 - Treadwell - WR2
2/3 – Ryan Kelly - High second round locks down center for years to come, if considered too high replace with Nick Martin
2/3 Germain Ifedi - May take a while but franchise left tackle
2/3 Hunter Henry - Best TE in Draft
2/3 Joe Dahl –Left Guard
2/3 Connor McGovern - Right guard
2/3 – Johnathan Bullard - second DE we are running a 3-4 because of a very good NT talent who should be available late
Midround – Scooby Wright III - 2nd ILB - Similar to Borland hopefuly won't retire
Midround - Jaylon Smith - Value pick if he recovers amazing OLB - top 15 level talent
Midround - Joe Schobert - Can go as downlineman if need be, just another really good Wisconsin linebacker
Midround – Kenyan Drake - Receiving Back our O is focused around the pass but he can also run was overshadowed by Henry but still an amazing back
Lateround – Joe Haeg – Along with Joe Dahl anchored a pretty darn good line remains to be seen how he will do against top level competition
Lateround – Tanner McEvoy - Instinctual athlete and has center fielder type instincts I think he will be a massive steal in the actual draft
Lateround Mike Thomas – The Southern Miss one - Slot reciever
Lateround – Niles Lawrence Stample - Run stuffing NT
Lateround – Jayron Kearse - SS much like McEvoy has a wide range run support is less import with Schobert and Wright going nuts after tackle

Offense heavily passing focused

HB – Kenyan Drake 6-1 / 210 LBS.
