Not yet, hes projected to be undrafted though.. so will be interesting to see if he's drafted at all.

If he's not I have to imagine Seattle would be in on him immediately in UDFA

Crossing my fingers as well. Love the guy, but hope he goes undrafted. If he does, and the hawks call him, you know he is going to be a seahawk. He is by far the best qb on the board.

Outside of the minor stink of duck on him, I like this kid, I hope the Hawks jump on him quick if he doesn't get drafted. With our O-line issues it would be nice to have a back up with escapability.

One has to assume the Hawks are #1 on his list if he goes undrafted because

A) location
B) competition

Hawks might as well just let it play out

Disagree. Dude doesn't want to be a backup. If he's undrafted I think he'll go somewhere be thinks be could be the starter. San Francisco maybe.

Didn't the 2000's teach you that Pete Carroll can out-recruit the Ducks whenever he wants? ;)

Favorite schools aside, I can't believe Cody Kessler went in the 3rd round. I wouldn't have thought he'd get drafted. What did you think?

I was floored. Then I remembered it was Cleveland and it made sense.

Never in a million years would I have thought Cody Kessler would be drafted earlier than Matt Barkley. Happy for him but.. yeesh.

If Adams wants to start in the NFL, his best shot would be a team with an often injured QB. As much as I'd hate to see it Dallas would be a good fit for him. If Tony "Made of glass" Romo snaps that clavicle again, which is likely, that would be a pretty secure spot.

I don't see it happening though.

Rookie minicamp tryout? Hawks killing it again. Getting the second best QB in the draft on the cheap!

I disagree, he just wants to get into the NFL. He's never, not even once, said he should start right away. It would be a great thing for him to sit and learn from Wilson for a few years, then sign with another team and get a real shot. I'm sure he knows this also.

If your a competitive athlete you don't settle for shit, I would not want anyone on my team that wants to simply be there. If he can perform in pre season and we all know how shit happens and a Starter goes down he can wow and get traded or picked up. That's THE HARD WAY, but a chance. Daniels found a way, if Adams is everything he thinks he is he will come out swinging and not sitting on his hands happy to be on a roster for try outs.

"Sitting" behind Russell Wilson would hardly be sitting.

Rolling out at 5 a.m. for film study with Russ while learning an NFL
playbook would be like a PHD in quarterbacking. Best preparation for
a young QB I can imagine him having.

In quarterback years, Adams is still young enough to become a
desirable player when his first contract expires. What is a free agent
contract? three years, four?

If a player, a quarterback especially, is doing well the word gets around
even if he is not starting

Plus FA qb are suddenly getting paid crazy money these days, for maybe having one good game.
