I see things mostly the same as you. I dont know about bowl games but final standings:

1. Oregon
2. Stanford
3. UW
4. WSU
5. Cal
6. OSU

1. USC
2. UCLA
3. Utah
4. Arizona
5. Arizona State
6. Colorado

As for my Ducks, i think they're going to surprise a lot of people. First time in a long time they're coming into a season as an underdog. I dont think Prukop will be Mariota, or even Vernon Adams, but I think he'll be able to distribute the ball to the insane amount of playmakers the DUcks have and the offense will be as good as ever. They're starting 3 redshirt freshman on the o'line which is a little worrisome, but they're all guys who were pretty hyped up as soon as they got on the practice field last year as true freshman, so hopefully they'll live up to the hype. The defense can't be worse. Word out of training camp is pretty positive. They dont even need to be good, just average.

And here are the projections from CBS.

Peach Bowl - CFP Semi-Final: Washington vs Alabama
Rose Bowl: Stanford vs Michigan
Alamo Bowl: UCLA vs Baylor
Holiday Bowl: Utah vs Penn State
Foster Farms Bowl: USC vs Indiana
Sun Bowl: Arizona State vs North Carolina
Las Vegas Bowl: Washington State vs San Diego State
Cactus Bowl: Colorado State vs. Kansas State*

CBS seems to think that Colorado, currently 4-2, will only win one more game and not be bowl eligible.

Stanford in the Rose Bowl? Bwa ha ha ha. Not a snowball's chance. Not a good team. Wazzu or the South winner (likely Utah) assuming Dawgs win out.

So if WSU and UW both win out until the Apple Cup and WSU wins the Apple Cup, who goes to the Rose Bowl? The team that lost the head to head or the team that lost to an FCS school?

Whoever wins the pac 12 championship game goes to the Rose Bowl. In this scenario, WSU would represent the North in the championship game.

That's mean and classless. I love it

I remember one year, I think it was the first year with Rich Brooks that they gave up about 200 in 4 games... I think the Huskies beat them 50 to something, and then they went down to LSU and got crushed, and then got blown out by the Cougs and either USC or Cal... those were pretty bad defenses.

Are you thinking of this year? http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/schools/oregon/1977-schedule.html
