Not sure if y'all have noticed this kid or not.

I've got my eye on him, saw him play in a few high school games here in the area.

If this kid stays healthy AND out of trouble, MARK MY WORDS, "he will be an impact player in the NFL.

Houston is a sleeping giant if Herman sticks around; it'll probably take a move to the Big12 to ensure of that though.

He's the new Urban and sitting on a goldmine of talent in the Houston/Golden triangle area.
