Navy has a clear advantage because they don't require there players to maintain height and weight standards during the season while army does. And everyone knows navy may win the football games but army wins the wars.

that's not true for underclassmen, BUT Senior linemen must meet army height weight standards by graduation in June. That is a lot of weight to drop in 6 months.

So if you are 22 years old 6' 4" and 315 pounds you need to lose 115 pounds by June to avoid the tape test. If he can not make that, then the difference between his neck and abdomen measurement can not exceed 22 inches. It is a very hard thing to do and carries some very serious consequences if you can not take your commission on graduation.
