1.Cody Whitehair top 20 pick 6'4 300 32 3/8 arms elite college LT will kick inside...team captain, all academic , high ceiling/high floor instant starter senior bowl possible center pff Highest graded FBS tackle in 2015

2. Spencer Drango... 2nd/3rd 6'5'5 315 33 3/4 arms very good OT built like a guard. Likely will stay at OT but a top guard prospect

3. Vadal Alexander LSU senior bowl 6'5 329 36 arms late 2nd/3rd played RT as a senior will kick back inside... Instant starter for a team wanting a power guard below avg combine/slow feet/change of direction team captain

4. Christian Westerman Arizona 3rd/4th 6'3 296 33 1/2 arms very good in pass pro, very light on his feet with solid power to hold poa senior bowl early starter

5. Connor McGovern Mizzou 3rd/4th.. 6'4 305 OT/G 32 7/8 arms elite weight room strength and fast well coached...senior bowl a brick wall Richie Incognito player 2X all academic

6. Joshua Garnett Stanford 6' 4 1/2 317 3rd/4th powerful guard good vs pass and run but lacks quick feet..will struggle vs fast 3 tech DT senior bowl

7. Sebastian Tretola 2nd/3rd 6'5 332 Arkansas pff top ranked SEC guard massive not fat...nimble feet...will knock you down senior bowl
8. Joe Dahl Washington 4th/5th St 6'4 299 athletic LT kicks inside because of height 32 1/2 arms very quick feet battles, solid in pass pro just needs strength but starter potential in a year

9.Germain Ifedi RT/G 6'5 325 3rd Texas A&M looks like a guard playing tackle good straight short area quickness, dominating run blocker
10. Joe Thuney North Carolina 3rd/4th st pff 4th rated OT 6'4 295 kicks inside because of 32 1/4 arms very good player president senior class working on masters International Studies has LT feet zero sacks allowed senior season at LT has played all 5 positions

my own G write-ups from last year....most have done about what I expected from them am about 2/3 through OT's this year..not much in 1st rd value but looks to be super deep in that 2nd-4th rd range..lot of solid starters this at OT

not a big Seahawks fan ..not a fan of any team really but loved following your GM as he rebuilt your team and many of your players...from st Louis

do have a couple of questions maybe one of you guys can answer..why that tall lean olinemen? I get the sparq but big thighs/butt strong hands and intelligence rule at oline positions...also why isn't Rees Odhiambo playing more ? my write up Boise St 4th/5th 6'4 3 314 33 1/4 arms 1st team LT very good LT who will kick inside, smart, articulate, great feet and functional strength. Great developmental player who will be starter after he gains strength..broke ankle senior season

one of my favorite sleepers from last years draft...I root for you guys but man that oline is awful ...posted last year before the draft that I wanted you guys to draft Whitehair. wasn't a fan of Germain Ifed at all

will post my ot's write-ups by the end of this week if anyone is interested

The tall, lean O-lineman is pretty much scheme fit for what Cable likes in his zone scheme. He likes guys that can move, cut, get to the 2nd level. They don't always go that route (James Carpenter, John Moffatt, Mark Glowinski...even Ifedi I wouldn't say is necessarily in that mold) but it is the route they prefer.

Yes. Please keep doing this. I do appreciate it. It takes a while for some people to get into the swing of things in an NFL atmosphere. It is after all all about the dance when in the heat of battle. Thanks.

Ryan Ramczyk
finishing up my OT's...will give him a lower grade then most

tall narrow hipped OT..very athletic..very high grade vs run and pass per pff

I read the next Joe Thomas..actually an anti-Joe Thomas type prospect. Thomas was a stud in high school/college with a killer punch/thick thighs who would stone anyone who used a bull rush or inside move and flexible hips that he would sink vs speed

Ramczyk is fast/athletic ...easily handles speed but struggles vs inside moves because of weak hands/thin legs. His quickness also allows him to dominate vs run in college..quickly gets on d players but doesn't get great movement. Basically a one year wonder who needs to stay in college and get stronger. If he declares should go very high based on combine/and junior tape.

likely end up mid/late 1st in my rankings

Lamp is so dominating in pass pro that watching him is boring...has dominated vs pass the last 2 years...most sites automatically list him as a guard because of his height but only 1/2 shorter then Duane Brown (33 1/4 arms) and 1 inch shorter then David Bakhtiari (34 arms)drafted in the 4th rd because of his size.

Lamp should be tried at LT 1st..not a RT. Not a Zack Martin who was a physical player who easily projected inside. Lamp lacks a guards physique/strength. Also might be a true tweener too small to play LT and too weak to play guard but also might be an all pro LT. wide range.

hope he gets reps at both LT and G at the Senior Bowl...
