Keep in mind that last year the CFP committee set the precedent that they prefer a 1-loss team that didn't play for it's conference title over a 2-loss conference champion when they put in Ohio State over Penn State. So if Auburn wins the SEC it's probable that Alabama gets in over them.

I kinda get it, I think:{)

But Auburn beat Bama in an impressive way.
How do you put Bama in ahead of a team that kicked their ass late in the season?

It’s almost a never ending argument if it’s close in any one area.

4 clearly top teams and it’s easy.

6,7, or 8 teams that are close?

No way, system sucks.

Ohio State had wins against a conference champion (Oklahoma) and a very good Michigan team last year. Alabama has nothing like that on their resume. Their best win was against 18th ranked LSU, a team that lost to Troy at home.

How it should be imo...

Winner of ACC
Winner of Big10
Winner of SEC
Oklahoma if they win big12. (Alabama if they don't)

How it will probably be...
Winner of SEC
Winner of ACC
Oklahoma if they win Big12
Wisconsin if they win Big10

Alabama will get in if either one loses
Ohio State will get in if they both lose.

It would be a crime if Wisconsin won the Big 10 and didn't get in.

There is a BIG 10/SEC bias over everyone else unless it is so freaking clear for that other Conf team.
The current way clearly does suck because there is only 4 spots(2 after the bias)
I see a lot of unhappy fans on Tuesday night.

1. Clemson
2. Oklahoma
3. Wisconsin
4. Auburn

Any two-loss conference championship with a signature victory at the end of the season will be more deserving than a one-loss non-champion. Thus . . .

If Miami beats Clemson, then they are in.
If TCU beats Oklahoma, then they are in.
If Ohio State beats Wisconsin, then they are in.
If Georgia beats Auburn, then they are in.

Any conference team that fails to win its conference is S.O.L. (and I'm including UW in that). If Washington only had one loss, the Pac-12 champion would have a strong chance to get in. Unfortunately, Stanford is eliminated by virtue of its three losses. Correspondingly, USC won't have the opportunity for a signature victory even if it wins the Pac-12 title game.

I think both Tuesdays are going to piss a lot off..It depends who wants what in.
I don't see a one loss Alabama out..Trust me I cannot stand them.
