  • Maybe, an alternate subject: "Don't allow kickoff returns in Seattle" due to the NCAA record holder for KO return TD's, Mr. Rashaad Penney (7-career KO return TD's). With the kickoff rules changes, returns will likely become much more exciting & actually a benefit to the Seahawks with Penney taking a few (2-3 next season) to the house!
