Hmmm, Wazzu in the Cheez It Bowl? In Phoenix? I may actually be in the area then. Might have to go . . . especially if they're giving away Cheez-It merch!

Would love to go back to Pasadena, so many great memories there and my niece lives there and I haven't got a chance to see her first baby. The opportunity to watch the Rose parade and actually attend a bowl game on New Year's Day. And, you can cross the street diagonally!

He has Alabama, Georgia, Clemson, and Oklahoma in the playoffs.

The whole Alabama - Georgia - Clemson thing is so predictable and while it may end up being accurate, we are so early into the season that just about anything can happen.

Oklahoma escaped this week with Army but I'm thinking the presumption is they end the season undefeated while Ohio State slips up somewhere.

I personally don't think the SEC gets two teams in this year, but maybe they will. But I think Bama and UGA play in the SEC title game as a defacto playoff game. I don't see the committee putting the loser of that game into the playoffs.

Would be so awesome for WSU to go to the Rose Bowl. I assume they'll lose to UW though.

Don't get me wrong, I'm from the East side of the state so I hope so too, just suspect it will go the way most big school versus smaller school interstate matchups go.

WSU will have a bigger test on Saturday against Stanford. It's not a home game for them. Let's see if they can get past that.

I have no evidence to argue, but my hope is Minshew will fare better against the Dawgs than Falk.

If any team is built to beat the Cougs this year it's the Huskies with their DB's, but I wouldn't bet against Minshew, the kid has serious heart.

Don't think i'd tune in for a single one of those games, accept of course the Oregon game. Utah vs Texas maybe, but Utah just lost their QB for the season (broken collar bone) so I think they're done.

That's largely true with most bowl games though. Ohio State seems to be on the downward slide, which could make for a fun game with Wazzu.
