The chart was posted for entertainment purposes. There are multiple charts in circulation. We are not privy to proprietary tools used by specific teams. The meaningful thing about Chase Stuart's "Draft Capital Chart" is that documentation on how it is put together is available. This was not posted for purposes of endorsement of a product or author.
