UW vs USC

Like I said at the start of the season, no matter what woes the Trojans have had recently they still boast the best overall composite talent in the Pac. In fact, they currently have the 4th overall composite talent in college football. As they showed last week with a win over #10 Utah they can beat anyone on any given Saturday.

Last week saw the Husky's identity began to emerge and it looks VERY promising. Eason was nothing short of phenomenal, his receivers caught the ball, and the two backup running backs proved more than capable. With an offensive line with two preseason All-Americans, this offense will be a force to reckon with if they keep improving week-to-week.

A reloaded Husky defense with several new starters is starting to come together also, USC's passing game with its new QB will be tested. Many thought their season was over when JT Daniels went down but freshman Kedon Trovis, and then third-string Matt Fink, have stepped up and have exceeded everyone's expectations. In fact, Fink completed 70% of his passes, 351 yds, and three touchdowns in the win over Utah. Trovis continues to be in concussion protocol and his status is unclear.

Should be a great game.

Because it's GREAT TO BE A HUSKY!!!
