www.first-pick.com

I don't remember who, but I remembered this site being brought to .net's attention last year. It's a pretty fun way to pass the time and pretend you are the GM of the Hawks lol. Anyways have fun with it and here's my first draft this year, I'd be beyond happy with it ...

Round 3 Pick 17 (MIA): Joel Bitonio, OT, Nevada (B)
Round 4 Pick 16 (MIA): Bryan Stork, C, Florida State (B-)

If you could pull that off, you'd put JS out of a job.

Had some fun with trades...

Round 2 Pick 15 (DAL): Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh (A) Me and Aaron Donald smoke pot together, spread the news...
Round 3 Pick 6 (JAX): Troy Niklas, TE, Notre Dame (A) ASJ went the pick before, neither will make it this far.
Round 3 Pick 14 (DAL): Joel Bitonio, OT, Nevada (B-) Could probably be a 1st round pick in previous drafts, a few top tackles this year.
Round 4 Pick 5 (JAX): Keith McGill, CB, Utah (A) Can hit like a sissy, let the legion show him how to. Comes with some health questions.
Round 4 Pick 19 (DAL): Morgan Breslin, OLB, Southern California (C+) I meant to pick Jordan Tripp here. Not a need but might be next year.
Round 4 Pick 32: Michael Schofield, OT, Michigan (C+) Far from polished but something for TC to work with.
Round 5 Pick 6: Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers (B+) I'm not high on him, but he'd be hard to ignore if he somehow fell here.
Round 6 Pick 14 (MIA): Jeff Janis, WR, Saginaw Valley (C) I wanted Devin Street, but he went to 31st in the 5th, so I traded.
Round 6 Pick 32: Jay Bromley, DT, Syracuse (D) A project with nice upside.
Round 7 Pick 19 (MIA): Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech (D-) Because Konz.
Round 7 Pick 32: De'Anthony Thomas, RB, Oregon (B+) He's got a cool nickname.

Round 2 Pick 8 (MINN): Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh (A)- I think he'll be a top 20 pick so probably not realistic.
Round 2 Pick 32: Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech (A)- Great talent- won't be there
Round 3 Pick 31 (DEN): Martavis Bryant, WR, Clemson (A)- Would love this pick at any point in our draft.
Round 4 Pick 10 (STL): Marcus Martin, C, Southern California (A)- I'd bump him over to guard.
Round 4 Pick 22 (PHI): A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)- Pocket passer with decent mobility- saves us a few million we'd have to pay Tjax.
Round 4 Pick 27 (CLE): Jon Halapio, OG, Florida (C+)
Round 4 Pick 31 (DEN): E.J. Gaines, CB, Missouri (A)- love Gaines to have an opportunity to compete for starting nickel CB.
Round 4 Pick 32: Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers (B-)- Two big frame guys to compete for Tate's starting job.
Round 5 Pick 7 (ATL): Charles Leno, OT, Boise State (B)- Don't know a lot about him.
Round 5 Pick 10 (JAX): Lamin Barrow, ILB, LSU (B+)
Round 5 Pick 13 (STL): Andre Williams, RB, Boston College (A)- Injured but day 2 talent.
Round 5 Pick 22 (PHI): James Gayle, DE, Virginia Tech (B)
Round 5 Pick 29 (PHI): J.C. Copeland, FB, LSU (A)
Round 5 Pick 32: Kirby Van Der Kamp, P, Iowa State (A)- Compete with Ryan for a fraction of the cost. Especially if we're just going to punt short high non-directional kicks all year.
Round 6 Pick 6 (ATL): Bryan Stork, C, Florida State (A)
Round 6 Pick 12 (STL): George Uko, DT, Southern California (B)
Round 6 Pick 29 (S.F.): Ronald Powell, OLB, Florida (A)
Round 6 Pick 32: Shamar Stephen, DT, Connecticut (B-)
Round 7 Pick 3 (CLE): Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana (B-)
Round 7 Pick 7 (JAX): Kerry Hyder, DE, Texas Tech (C-)
Round 7 Pick 32: Jonathan Brown, OLB, Illinois (B)

Completely unrealistic and I traded down a lot.

I did one draft on this site and the AI made so many trades that Houston ended up with 65 picks.

Lmao, yeah I've noticed between big names dropping real far and crazy trades the AI on this thing can be a bit wacko. Makes it fun sometimes though I managed to get the Hawks 25 picks on one draft lol

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 32: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh (A-)- Not likely, but hey cool!
Round 3 Pick 1 (HOU): Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)- Teams scared off by the foot? Thank you very much.
Round 3 Pick 28 (CAR): Demarcus Lawrence, DE, Boise State (B+)- Leo time.
Round 4 Pick 32: Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers (B+)- Probably late for him these days, but big WR works right here.
Round 5 Pick 6: Justin Ellis, DT, Louisiana Tech (B-)- Senior bowl standout, just worth it in the 5th.
Round 5 Pick 28 (CAR): Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami (Fla.) (B+)- Upside pick to compete for the tackle spot.
Round 5 Pick 32: Boseko Lokombo, OLB, Oregon (E)- Special teamer?
Round 6 Pick 32: Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana (B)- In round 6 why not give some competition at the WR spot.
Round 7 Pick 32: Avery Patterson, FS, Oregon (D-)- More safety depth.

I avoided making too many trades, as tempting as that is, came out pretty good.

I found myself happier trading down that the drafts I did where I didnt. Made me realise this draft is either quite deep or the AI is fubared.

Thanks, Cool Hand. That was my thought process as well.

No way Donald falls this far, but fun.

Street is an interesting prospect for me; a definite project but good upside. I really don't see the WR/TE situation to be as dire as others. Upgradable, for sure, but not as bad as one would think scouring these boards.

Exum might be my fave of this lot.

Here is an interesting mock draft simulator, pretty neat, not sure it allows trades.
http://fanspeak.com/ontheclock/

Here is what I got on my first draft.
1--WR-Marquise Lee
2--DT-Kelcy Quarles
4--WR-Jeff Janis
5--DE-Kareem Martin
5--OG-Kadeem Edwards
6--OLB-Ron Powell
7--DE-Larry Webster (convert to TE)
UDFA--OG-Brian Clark
UDFA--OT-Jeremiah Sirles.
UDFA--QB-Conner Shaw

If Marqise falls all the way to 32, he'll be plenty ticked off. Of course, a ticked off Marqise is a good thing, so I'd be pretty stoked about that. Dude already is a fierce competitor--a chip on the shoulder would be awesome.
