Do We Get a 4th Rd Pick from NYJ for Percy?

I've heard it rumored that we receive a conditional 6th round pick from the Jets, that turns into a 4th if Percy is still on the active roster of NYJ at the end of the year. Can someone confirm this?

I keep hearing it's a 6th on the radio. I thought it had potential to turn into a 4th. Just wanted to confirm, thanks.

I don't think the clubs will confirm this but the NY Jets writer, Mehta (sp?) tweeted that it was a 6th with a potential to be a 4th if Harvin remains on the team come the beginning of the next NFL year (early March usually).

So this is the same as you mentioned. Most times, after things have settled down the details get out which I think is the case of Mehta's tweet/report.
