Dynasty League - Who do I cut?

Did my Dynasty draft a few weeks ago, decided to forego a kicker in place of an extra body just in case. Now i need to drop 2 players, one for the kicker & one to meet the max squad rules, don't know who though. Think we have 1 IR spot

WR - Alshon Jeffery, Brandon Marshall, Allen Robinson, Doug Baldwin, Tyler Lockett, Donte Moncrief, Darren Waller, Chris Conley, Sammie Coates, Duron Carter

TE - Martellus Bennett, Travis Kelce, Scott Chandler

DEF - Lions
IDP(1DL, 1 LB, 1 DB & 1 Flex) - Olivier Vernon, Bobby Wagner, Antoine Bethea, Desmond Trufant.

I'm leaning towards maybe Sammie Coates & Duron Carter, think Carter may get picked onto a 53 though. I'm aware my RBs suck right away, great depth though & if AP, Jamaal or Lamar Miller gets injured i'm set

I would certainly drop Chandler. Would also say A Blue, but it looks like you need him to play--so whichever young RB/WR you have the least confidence that they will ever make it.

Certainly cut Chandler? He's a great depth option, Pats play a lot of 2TE & they have no receivers right now

Blue might be shit but he's RB1 until Foster comes back

Bortles should be a cut, IMO. You have plenty of depth at QB already, and since they're both young, with Russ being pretty healthy, that seems like the easiest area to cut bait - despite the fact Bortles has looked decent this preseason, I don't foresee him passing those other 2 anytime soon.
