Which QB to start?

This my first year of fantasy football and I need some advice. My two qb's are Brees and Palmer. They play each other week one, so should I start Brees against the tough AZ defense, or palmer against the less than stellar NO defense?

Brees you start regardless of matchup, IMO.

I kind of hate Drew Brees on the road. I can see Palmer putting up about as much as him. So honestly I think you're ok with either pick here.

Higher drafted player for first few weeks until you see which defenses are good, IMO.
