Computer Monitor

So I finally am updating my old dino of a computer and want to know something I might have overlooked. I am getting the XFX Radeon HD 5770 1GB DDR5 PCIE Card, and will be running windows 7. Now the one thing I wanted to wait on if possible was the monitor upgrade a currently have Samtron 96B 19in. Color CRT Monitor 1600x1200. Anybody know if this will cause any issues?

If you're using a CRT monitor, it's time to change. Dell.com's running a special for a 24" widescreen for $190. I'm planning on buying it for my brother's graduation.
