I run a game of Mutants and Masterminds, a super hero themed role playing game similar to Dungeons and Dragons.
The game itself is set in the PNW in an imaginary city called Emerald City.
I'm looking for great ideas for story hooks. Simply put, I'm looking for a paragraph or two to start off an adventure for super heroes.
