Help would be appreciated

so pretty much all of my RBs and WRs have good match-ups this week and im having a little trouble deciding who i want to start. any input would be great.

Michael Turner (@CLE)
Cedric Benson (TB)
Jahvid Best (STL)
Ray Rice (DEN)
DeAngello Williams (CHI)
Roddy White (@CLE)
Greg Jennings (@WAS)
Calvin Johnson (STL)
Hakeem Nicks (@HOU)

i can start 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR

RB: Turner and Benson
WR: White and Nicks
Flex: Jennings

stay away from Rice - Denver D not allowing much to opposing RBs and he might still be slowed by injury
no DeAngelo vs Bears D (despite Bradshaw)
am still scarred by Rams D so no Best (also slowed) or Calvin
