Made a pretty cool spreadsheet for our offline draft

I uploaded it as a template for google docs as well if you're interested. Also, really cool, when you publish a spreadsheet, you can make entries that will update as you do them (unfortunately I think a refresh is required). Nonetheless, this should help some of our friends that have to phone in their picks.

How do you guys accommodate the folks that can't show up? We're thinking of setting up a webcam for them, to make them feel there (they're scattered around the country).
