I just spoke with Madden ratings guru Donny Moore via Twitter and he confirmed to me that Brandon Mebane's rating will be raised appropriately for the release day roster update (he was previously a 71 compared to Cole's 79). He wouldn't get specific but he said that I should be pleased with it. Our depth chart should be corrected as well. Just wanted to let you guys know!
