I dont need another QB so I would sit Sanchez

To me, this trade comes down to:

Medenhall, Washington and Turner for Rice and Smith

There's no doubt Rice and Smith are the best players in this trade. Without seeing the rest of your team it's hard to say but if you're lacking in depth I'd do this trade but if your other options at RB and WR are any good I think you reject and just stick with your team.
