Start RG3 or Andy Dalton for QB

I'm in the first round of my ff playoffs.

Who should I start of the two.

Dalton vs Eagles

or

RG3 vs Browns? (Don't know if he's going to play, likely possible, but problem is I have to decide by Thursday).

Tough call due to thursday game. I guess the safe pick is Dalton. Shanny could be playin mind games but you wont know till sunday. Maybe theres a free agent you could bank on if you held out for rg3.
