Week one Wr and flex conundrum

I would like your guy's opinions here. i have my week one roster pretty much set other than my last WR spot and flex. Which two would you start given Keenan Allen @ AZ, Vincent Jackson vs Car, Percy Harvin, and Shane Vereen @ Miami.

I'm leaning towards Allen and Harvin.

I would go Vjax and Allen or Harvin. Don't overthink matchups your first week. Play your best guys and Vjax has been consistent.
