The Seahawks began phase two of voluntary offseason workouts, hitting the outdoor practice field for the first time with their coaches since the end of the 2015 season.

Garry Gilliam working in at his new position protecting Russell Wilson's blindside. He definitely looks to have filled out his frame since last season ended.

In this photo, we can see Mark Glowinski lined up at left guard. C'mon, Mad Dog, get out of your stance faster than that.

The D-Line competes.

Carroll speaks with Christine Michael. The Seahawks drafted three RBs and have added others in free agency.

Man, Stanley Jean-Baptiste looks like he's towering over Sherman in that last picture even though they're both 6'3". I'm really excited to see what Pete and Richard can do with him. Thanks Saints! :thirishdrinkers:

I think its just the perspective....Shead also looks taller than Sherm even though he's not.

McNeil is a former Arena League WR who was switched to corner last year and spent time bouncing on and off the practice squad.

I think its just the perspective....Shead also looks taller than Sherm even though he's not.

Not to mention Sherm is on the low part of his stride where as SJP is close to the pinnacle of his. Either way I'm excited to see what he can do this year as well.

Good to see Thomas Rawls on the practice field, laughing with Sherman Smith. Rawls looks bigger. He's still sitting out, of course, while recovery from his ankle injury.

Richardson and Rawls need to switch diets! PRich is still a bean pole. Rawls has chubbed up in recovery. No wonder we drafted so many running backs. Its going to take him quite a while to get back in game shape from the looks of this,

Rawls just started running again last week. It will take awhile.

Richardson is naturally thin framed. I am not real confident he will have the durability to last in this league.

Rawls looks fat to you? I thought he looked like he added a good amount of muscle like he's been bored and just lifting weights while he can't run...

Also I don't want any RB that looks like PRich. He'd never last a 1/4 of a season.

I think the Sokoli story will continue to be one of the most interesting ones of the spring and summer. He's being kept so far under the radar, I half expect its a ruse by Pete and Tom and h'es gonna come out as the starter.

I think the Sokoli story will continue to be one of the most interesting ones of the spring and summer. He's being kept so far under the radar, I half expect its a ruse by Pete and Tom and h'es gonna come out as the starter.

Wouldn't surprise me. I think either he or Hunt start this year, not Lewis. Just a gut feeling.

Im confused in the weight thread Britt was listed at 315. Came into the league at 325. When he was a RT did he play at 310 or something.
