I wonder if Schotty, Solari, and Norton will have pull in the personnel department?

Anybody from the Colts or Giant Offense we might bring on-board? How about from the Raiders D?

Some possible Raiders Defenders we could look at.

Justin Ellis, NT, Raiders. Age: 27.
Justin provides nothing as a pass-rusher - he has yet to register a full sack in his career - but he's a monstrous run-stuffer. He won't be 28 until after Christmas.

Denico Autry, DT, Raiders. Age: 28.
Denico could never be a starter because he's too much of a liability against the run, but he's a pretty potent pass-rushing specialist. He registered five sacks in limited snaps in 2017.

T.J. Carrie, CB, Raiders. Age: 28.
T.J. has made great strides from when he was a seventh-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He was Oakland's best cornerback this past season when Gareon Conley wasn't in the lineup. That's not saying much, but Carrie played well. He's improved his game each year, and he should continue to get better.

Justin Pugh and Donte Moncrief.

Pugh is a really good Guard from the Giants. If he is the real deal I could see Solari pushing to bring him onboard. Might make more financial sense if we can trade away Britt and move Pocic to Center. That might be too risky. Although I can dream about this line up

LT -Brown
LG - Pugh
C - Britt
RG - Pocic/Ifedi
RT Ifedi/Pocic

I'd fell really good about protecting Russ and running to the left. Throw in Odihmbio, Roos, and Fant for competition for the two positions on the right and we might actually have a top OL. What would Pugh cost? $9-12 APY?

I like this guy as a replacement for P-Richardson. We already have too many small speedy and shifty guys when you include Baldwin and Lockette. I would allow P-Rich to go and bring in Moncrief as a larger target for Wilson who will more than likely come at a better price tag.

Also, Justin Pugh as a starting LG would make our left side of the O-Line look pretty good! Get a starting veteran RT as well and the line starts to really look decent.
