I can't find the clips, but man he pretty much ran Larry Foote into retirement in a game in Arizona if I recall.

I believe another big play he had late in that game was getting caught short of the first down on a third down reception and fought forward through two guys for the first.

Yup. Luke Willson is a very underrated part of why we won that game. Had a few big moments as a Hawk, but this one tops them.

Thought he might be kept, his signing in Detroit seemingly returns to us one of the comp picks.

Liked him as a player, thought he needed more playing time, his blocking improved every season.

I don't know. Not enough time has passed and we don't have anything to compare it to, but I think years and years from now we'll still remember most guys that won a championship here.

Heck, I still have weird recall of random dudes from that 2005 squad.

Casuals definitely won’t remember him. But the inbetween casual and diehards will remember him for sure.
