I read it was $2.7M and ‘up to’ so could well be league minimum + incentives

The trade with the Brown for CB- CJ Smith for a 2020 conditional 7th rd. pick has apparently been nullified and he reverts back to Cleveland to their 90 man roster for now.

Besides this the Avril money stands in reserve, so maybe Suh is still possible.

I will update again once the full contract for Johnson comes out.

Seems to be $2.1M plus $600k in incentives but need the signing bonus/base salary details to make my table accurate.

Seems it’s a straight up base salary of $2.1M with the rest coming in sack incentives which will all be classed as NLTBE as his sack incentives starts at 3 sacks and he only got 2 last season.

Your $13.2716 mil number above is for the top 51 deals with 61 players now on the roster. That number could be raised when the decisions are made regarding Avril’s unfortunate situation. The other reality as you have reminded is the team really has the burdens the two contracts of Chancellor and McDowell though the laters situation should soon become more transparent or simply dead bonus money. Are there other cap clouds you see potential for either clearing or creating complications? I see potential issues with Wilson, Clark, Brown being close on the horizon.
