This player is just not worth blowing a comp pick on.

I suspect as well that there is large difference between salary expectations and what the team might be prepared to pay.

At this stage A Lynch is just a guy and nothing special. He needs to prove he belongs.

I can’t see him signing here until after May 9.

Lynch is better than Mingo.

He's not good, but he's fine. He can decently set the edge and rush the passer.

He's probably best used as a rotational player or solid depth player but could also work as a spot starter.

I hope they can get him for under 2.5 Mil. He won't be a negative comp pick and would help our DL.

No doubt. And Pete has a way of getting a LOT out of a player so maybe he would end up being better than expected. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Pete has been very good at coaching guys up to fit in their system. Also, the prove it deal type thing has worked out many times for this team.
