IMO this is our biggest problem. We have so little consistantcy especially with our offensive personnel that it's no wonder we have no rythem. We haven't even been able to get our Oline line up to hold for consecutive practices much less games. Today we started our 4th center and it was his first ever start and second ever game. We start a rookie at right tackle and mid way through the season he is our third most experienced lineman. Our most experianced starter on the line was a DE until 2012. We are on essentially our third and fourth string TE's and they struggle to block or catch and scare no one.
Yes we need to get healthy but the office also needs to move past the chronicly injured. I would also hope that at the same time they would move also move some roster players who never play like CMike. If we aren't going to use him at all on the field then put what ever you can get for him twords a TE or OL that should be playing. I would also hope that they sign Lynch so we can use our draft picks on OL, Center, and TE. Our "starters" can't be counted on to practice much less start and it is killing us.
