He won't be fined...the rule is he has to make himself available. There's no rule that he has to answer any questions. He just has to be available to the media and he did that.

You've got to admit those reporters are persistent. After 20 answers of "yeah" they're still saying "Marshawn, talk about the Cardinals defense." like he's just going to bust out into a full, on-topic sentence or something. No wonder he hates them.
