Biggest offseason improvement (player, group practice, etc)

Just curious where others are hopeful to see a big improvement with a full offseason. Not at all saying 'don't focus on current season!!!' I'm confident this team grabs the #2 seed (Packers won't lose again with their easy schedule). This is more of a future practice/growing together question.

For me, it's hoping RW can get some rapport with P Rich and Norwood. Breaking into the NFL WR game is hard and usually doesn't happen in the first season. I'm hoping these guys spend a lot of time together.
