Seahawks Add TE to Practice Squad

They released S Dion Bailey from the Practice Squad and Signed TE Gator Hoskins According to this tweet:

This player was a very productive as a TE in college. Is somewhat short for TE but had good pro day results.

Hoskins was waived by Miami on Dec. 15 and cleared waivers then JS snagged him. interesting acquisition, hopefully this doesn't mean that Moeaki is done for the year.

Unlikely, at least for now. If Moeaki was done, we'd probably be looking to fill his roster spot, not the PS. My guess is that with all the injuries to the TE position group this year, they felt it best to get someone in to learn the system just in case they are needed.

He was signed to the PS, not the active roster.

Intriguing. A bit short, but good speed and the guy's thick.

Maybe we could work him in as a FB/Hback type guy.
