Heads up. They run large.
I am 5'10" and go 180lbs. I normally buy size large. I did in fact buy this in a large.
Medium would have a better fit for me.

Edit: I actually have both the zip up and pullover/hoodie.
They both seem sized the same, both are a tad big on me, not unwearable big but medium would have been better.
