reminds me of something I read during draft time that JS/PC have to change up a bit of the way they draft. They have to make sure that a player can handle criticism. It came to a head with the WR from Kstate, I forget his name, but he busted out in large part to not being able to handle getting dogged from the guys when he wasn't putting forth good effort.

Excellent article. I like what Tony McDaniel did to getting the DL and LB in the same meeting room to call each other out in person. Never heard that before.
